McDonald'sT Restaurants in Cyprus are operating under the name of Family Restaurants Andreou Co. Ltd. In June 1997, the first McDonald's Restaurant opened in Phinikoudes, Larnaca, in Cyprus, by family Restaurants Co. Ltd. The company was established by Mr. Michalis Andreou and his brotherMr. Renos Andreou. Today, there are 17 McDonald'sT restaurants throughout the island, employing more than 700 people and working with a lot of local suppliers.
